Riina Mitsutake (光武 里菜 Mitsutake Rina) is one of the characters of Idol Jihen. She is a member of the Subculture Party who is also in the idol unit called Mikarina.

Riina has thigh-length platinum hair that is worn in a spiraling ponytail decorated with a red oni mask and two black bands where each has a sakura flower with thick bangs/curly forelocks framing her face and she has heterochromatic eyes; a lime-green left eye and a dark-pink right eye.
Her attire consists of a white ruffled blouse worn beneath a black and white sailor fuku jacket that is opened to expose her navel and white thong straps. She also wears a loose red tie, red mini-skirt, a single black finger-less glove, and brown stockings with wooden sandals.
In the anime, her attire's colors are darkened while her sandals gain a "modern" design.
